Welcome Pregnant ladies!
Welcome to this brand new Pregnancy Yoga course which is starting Saturday 15th February:
Each Week will focus on a new topic, and each session will incorporate Breathing techniques, gentle exercises, stretching, relaxation & a meditation.
- Saturday 15th February - Managing Stress
- Saturday 22nd February - Strengthening Pelvis & Hips
- Saturday 22nd February - Mind & Body Balance
- Saturday 7th March - Self Love & Healing

What to expect at a yoga class
When you attend the 4 week Pregnancy yoga course you will be guided through different stages so that you can fully immerse yourself into the experience.
Each class will introduce you to simple breathing techniques, a gentle warm-up leading to a series of Pregnancy Yoga positions, which is then followed by a Deep Relaxation and Meditation.
All Yoga postures are completely safe to do during Pregnancy, so you can feel confident that you are in safe hands.
Each week we will focus on a different topic to help keep the classes varied & interesting, and all topics are centred around Pregnancy.
Each Yoga class is for one hour and 20 minutes, and we are normally finished by 12 noon.
