
This 4 Week pregnancy Yoga course is aimed at all Pregnant woman from their second trimester (14 weeks).
You can attend classes right to up to the last weeks of pregnancy.
These classes are an opportunity for all pregnant women to take some time out and to deeply relax. The class provides a lovely space for expecting mothers to connect to their breath, body & baby.
Practicing prenatal yoga has many benefits, many women who attend classes speak of improved sleep, feeling calm & balanced.

Each session will incorporate Breathing techniques, gentle exercises, stretching, relaxation & meditations.
